QUESTION: the Members' Profile feature, do you guys use it? Like it? It's another thing that's quite hard to maintain but I'll keep it if it's popular. I just don't have any way of keep track of who is using it or if I'm just wasting my time lol.

Lastly, I want to apologise for all the changes currently taking place. I've used the winter break to identify areas where I felt improvement was needed and I'm addressing problems instead of leaving them to fester (which inevitably leads to disaster). I think I'm almost there, I'm planning to make a uniformed set of badges but once I've done that I think we'll return to stable ground. You guys are being very patient, I expected more negativity towards change and am so grateful that you've been understanding and I haven't had to get mega stressed. I am feeling really upbeat about the future of this TCG, so I hope you can see that all the current drama is building towards a secure future. Thanks, this is the last rambling update for a while, that's a promise.

Sorry! I know I said I'd take care of FORUM business today but I slept late then got caught up in playing TCGs rather than running them. So Magical to be exact, I can't praise it enough! You guys should definitely check it out. I figured you'd forgive me as I'd already completed the main update. I've worked so hard on the TCG recently that it feels nice to take a little break from it. I'll catch up soon, I promise.

Lots to say today! Firstly, go easy on me today. I worked 11 'til 11, showered then thought 'I'll update now so I can chill tomorrow' and it's now well after 5AM! Looks like I'll sleep tomorrow, rather than chill.

The Hall of Fame is by far the most time-consuming feature here, it takes much longer than the games to update, so I have decided to remove this feature from the site. I'm trying to find ways to make the TCG easier to run in order to prevent another Hiatus when the new semester starts.

I have remade all of the current Recipe cards, you can few the new versions HERE. Feel free to replace your current cards wih the updated ones. I'm currently working on new Recipes but you won't be seeing them 'til February. I figured that as we're celebrating Christmas this month I'd spread the excitement a little.

I've regrouped the Card Index, in all honesty I find the old way much easier to use but this way is easier on the eye.

I have bored myself stupid with this ongoing saga of Recipe cards. I hope I haven't bored you guys too. Let's not talk about them again for a very long time. Here's the info you guys wanted... IMPORTANT! You may update your Trade Posts to reflect the new card worth of the Kitchen Creation decks, regardless of when you obtained the cards. You are free to do this in your own time, or not at all, you can just edit them as you go, if that makes sense.

P.S. If you're waiting for your Member Card I'll make 'em later today, as well as doing other forum stuff. Must sleep now! I think I've said all I wanted to say, if there's anything I've forgotten I'll just tell you tomorrow! Have a great Sunday!

|| NEW SETS: Chestnuts, again, no freebies!


I almost forgot to add the link to the Day 2 game! Today's set features Chestnuts.

Everyone enjoy their New Year celebrations? I spent the first day of 2009 in the kitchen! I made soup for the very first time, it was lush (my dad said it was tremendous lol) and roast lamb. Then watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in the evening. Now I'm winding down for the night as I have work tomorrow *sigh*.
